Premier Washington Health Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN Cart Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to healthcare providers
  • Perform various medical procedures, including lab draws and EKGs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
