Job Description

As an LPN RN Cart Nurse with Sign On Bonus at Premier Washington, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care as part of our interdisciplinary healthcare team. Job Responsibility

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, including wound care, nutrition, and medication management
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that address individual needs and goals
  • Utilize medical equipment and supplies to administer medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care services and progress
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and improved patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
