Lpn - physician office nurse

• Assessments of patients are accurate, consistently performed and a completed efficiently
• Accurate documentation of continuum of care
• Consistently demonstrates safe and accurate technical skills
• Demonstrates competency in the performance of all procedures routinely performed in the office
• Routinely demonstrates proper technique in operating all office/medical equipment
• Triaging of patients is accurate and complies with instructions rendered by provider
• Demonstrates competency in providing quality patient care
• Accurately follows provider directions. Handles all specimens using proper technique
• Correctly labels and processes specimens
• Insures proper preparation of specimens for lab courier transfer to Lab
• Conscious of biohazard safety as it relates to the job
• manual delivery of specimens to lab, changing of gloves between patients
• Handles specimens using proper techniques, correctly labels for transfer to lab
• Routinely performs all nursing duties using appropriate PPE and in accordance with OSHA standards
• Performs all job duties within the scope of practice and the organization's policies/procedures
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Minimum of 1 year L.P.N./R.N. experience, preferably in a Doctors Office
