  • Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Basic Life Support
  • IV Therapy (Required upon hire or within three month of hire/transfer)
  • Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
