One year of clinical LPN experience
Current LPN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance

Job Responsibility

Verify plan of care with the RN prior to each visit
Collaborate with physician and RN frequently to ensure patient needs are being met
Notify them as soon as possible when patient condition changes
Teach patients and caregivers self-care techniques
Check vital signs
Review all medications and perform a medication reconciliation at each visit
Perform specialized procedures ordered by physician (i.e. foley catheter change)
Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using the aseptic technique
Complete documentation timely and accurately

Active clinical background. MD, DO, NP, PA, or equivalent clinical degree with 3+ years of clinical practice experience. Board certification preferred
Management experience. 3+ years managing technical or clinical teams
Technical fluency with AI/ML. Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, and model evaluation. Experience with clinical informatics, health IT, or AI in healthcare strongly preferred

Job Responsibility

Lead and grow the Clinician Science team. Recruit, develop, and manage a team of clinician scientists
Ensure clinical excellence across product development. Partner with product teams to embed clinical expertise into feature discovery, design, and validation
Define and uphold clinical quality standards. Establish frameworks for what "clinically meaningful" means across specialties
Build scalable clinical evaluation systems. Partner with ML Science to develop LLM judges, annotation frameworks, and evaluation pipelines
Bridge clinical and technical domains. Serve as a translator between clinical reality and ML/engineering capabilities
Close the feedback loop with Commercial. Partner with Clinical Success and Solutions Consulting to surface real-world usage insights
Represent clinical perspective in Builder strategy. Participate in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and cross-pod alignment discussions
