Responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to ACT, DBT, and IDDT programs and staff
Responsible for all day-to-day operational tasks, as well as planning, evaluating, and implementing program revisions as needed
Performs a variety of program level administrative and managerial tasks, including budget oversight, human resource responsibilities, utilization management/performance improvement tasks, and compliance activities
Provides direct services to individuals receiving services as needed
Provides emergency services during and after regular office hours and provides assistance and consultation to ACT on-call staff after hours as necessary
Position requires travel
Demonstrates knowledge of and actively supports culturally competent, recovery-based practices
Requirements:
Full Michigan licensure as a Master’s social worker preferred
consideration will be given to LPC candidates
A minimum of three years post-degree clinical experience in treating or working with adults with serious mental illness is required
Previous supervisory experience in a mental health setting is preferred
Must meet Mental Health Professional qualifications as defined in the Medicaid Provider Manual
Must possess substance use certification or be eligible to obtain certification
Must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written form
