Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to guest and employee emergencies, conducting daily hazard inspections, and maintaining property safety at Shanghai Marriott Hotel Yangpu Riverside. Includes physical tasks and collaboration with coworkers in a hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access
monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire safety systems
conduct daily physical hazard inspections
respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
defuse disturbances
escort unwelcome persons
handle interruptions and complaints
maintain confidentiality of documents
conduct investigations and gather evidence
conduct interviews with relevant parties
support team to reach common goals
comply with quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to patrol property and assist guests
monitor systems like Closed Circuit Televisions and fire life safety system
conduct physical hazard inspections
respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
handle safety hazards and interruptions
report incidents accurately
ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods
ability to move and lift objects weighing less than 50 pounds and up to 75 pounds with assistance
ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects with fine motor skills
ability to work in confined, sloping, or slippery spaces
proficiency in clear and professional communication
ability to prepare and review documents accurately
meet licensing/registration requirements where applicable.
