This is a high-volume inbound environment where you will handle 50–60 calls per day (average). While you will support all of Canada, approximately 70% of your interactions will be in French. This role is 100% remote, offering you the chance to support customers across Canada from the comfort of your home.
Job Responsibility:
Order Management: Place new redemption orders and process replacement orders
Problem Solving: Navigate internal channels to resolve customer inquiries
Account Support: Assist with loyalty point balances, fraud concerns, and site navigation
Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the CRM
Requirements:
