Job Description:

Loyalty Officer is responsible for recognition and engagement of our most valuable Elite members through delivery of the highest quality member stay experience. He/she is involved in all aspects of Elite members' journey: from pre-arrival and arrival experience all the way to the follow up via post-stay feedback received through GXP and CEC.

Job Responsibility:

Recognition and engagement of Elite members
Delivery of highest quality member stay experience
Manage Elite members' journey from pre-arrival to post-stay follow-up
Partner with Loyalty department team for effective communication of Elite benefits program
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
