Job Description:

Our client is currently recruiting for a Loyalty Manager to join their expanding client's digital team. This role will be key in delivering and optimising our client's loyalty programme — managing campaigns, promotions, and communications to boost engagement, grow member revenue, and support a major relaunch as we migrate to a new platform. You'll work cross-functionally with CRM, eCommerce, retail, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, impactful customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering and optimising the client's loyalty programme
  • Managing campaigns, promotions, and communications to boost engagement and grow member revenue
  • Supporting a major relaunch as we migrate to a new platform
