We are seeking a Loyalty Executive to help bring our group-wide loyalty program to life. This is an exciting chance to shape how we engage with guests across multiple premium hospitality brands. Reporting to the General Manager – Guest Experience & Partnerships, you will play a key role in executing initiatives that drive engagement, visitation, and long-term guest loyalty.
Job Responsibility:
Support the launch and day-to-day execution of the loyalty program
Deliver targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels
Drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention
Partner with venue teams to embed loyalty into the guest experience
Manage VIP guest relationships and personalised experiences
Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimisation
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns
Assist in rolling out new features, benefits, and partnerships
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in loyalty, CRM or customer retention
Experience in hospitality, retail, travel or lifestyle brands highly regarded
Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign automation
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and trends
Highly organised with strong project management skills
