Our client, a leading organisation based in Ashford, would like to recruit a friendly, proactive, and professional Loyalty Executive to join their team. Work alongside friendly colleagues in customer service and editorial departments, fostering collaboration and camaraderie. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Hybrid working for a healthy work-life balance (Once trained you will be in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and working from home on Mondays and Fridays).
Job Responsibility:
Connect with existing customers through engaging check-in calls twice a year. Show them you care and are here to help!
Provide insightful demonstrations that showcase the value of our clients services.
Assist customers with their ledgers and invoices in the initial months to foster strong relationships.
Transition into a full loyalty role after two months, becoming a key point of contact for our valued customers.
Requirements:
Account Management or Customer service experience in an office
A Customer centric attitude, with excellent rapport-building skills
A desire to truly care about customers, retaining and nurturing accounts
