A major consumer health organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead delivery of loyalty and eCommerce technology initiatives. This is a senior contract role within a significant digital transformation program, managing complex, cross-functional delivery across customer-facing platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Managing end-to-end delivery of loyalty and eCommerce technology projects, including rewards systems, app and website enhancements, member portals, and personalisation engines
Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing, and data
Defining project plans, milestones, and success metrics aligned to commercial and customer goals
Supporting technical decision-making across platform integrations, third-party systems, and API strategies
Managing vendor and system integrator relationships to ensure delivery accountability
Tracking project health via KPIs including delivery rate, budget adherence, and scope management
Requirements:
Multiple years of project management experience in consumer technology environments
Demonstrated experience with loyalty platforms and/or eCommerce -- ideally within retail, health, or consumer brand contexts
Strong technical acumen across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects with distributed teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Relevant certification preferred (Prince2, SAFe, Scrum, PMP or equivalent)
