As our Loyalty Performance Commercial Manager, You're a critical contributor to the Everyday Rewards commercial strategy. You’ll translate complex program insights into high-stakes outcomes, owning the commercial models that power our new propositions and campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive program excellence by pairing sophisticated modeling with strict investment guardrails
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing and Wiq to define the metrics that actually move the needle
  • Build robust models that align historical data with future roadmaps
  • Use rigorous data analysis to validate new levers and ensure every strategic pivot is backed by evidence
  • Own the 'big picture' by integrating market trends and competitive intel into the business strategy
  • Replace manual tracking with automated dashboards, providing real-time visibility into program health and performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years commercial modeling and performance intelligence experience
  • Master of Excel/Google sheets
  • Deep experience in the commercial mechanics of loyalty programs and retail/ grocery P&L management is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of winning over senior leadership and building cross-functional partnerships
  • Comfortable turning data into slides for presentation with compelling ‘so what’s’ & narrative
  • You manage projects
  • but also stand up & optimise the governance and processes that make them succeed
  • You’re optimistic, adaptable and collaborative and stay focused on continuous improvement even when the path isn't perfectly clear
