We are looking to grow our team and recruit a Low Risk Team Leader to be responsible for and oversee area within production. The ideal candidate would be an ambitious, dedicated and dynamic Team Leader who is looking to join a new team and would be able to motive, engage and lead a team of operatives.
Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for and oversee area within production
Ensure that product safety, quality and legality is achieved whilst maintaining high standards and inspiring their team to strive for excellence
Requirements:
Prior experience leading a team within the food industry (i.e. Team Leader, Line Leader or equivalent) is preferable
Ability to use IT systems, and be comfortable with running and understanding a paperless factory
Ability to lead, communicate and motivate a team
Be able to show initiative and good problem solving skills
Good knowledge of basic food hygiene and health & safety principles
Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions and have good attention to detail
