Job Description:

About the company: Akveo is an IT company specializing in web, mobile, low-code, and AI solutions for clients in the USA and Europe. We develop high-quality software products that help businesses automate processes and implement innovations. We are actively expanding into AI-driven solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance our products and services. Akveo is a team of 100+ professionals with development centers in Poland and Lithuania, and representatives in the United States. About Low-code: Low-code is a group of development platforms that provide in-browser IDEs and hosting for building and delivering web applications quickly. Many routine tasks, such as connecting data and designing UI, are handled automatically by the platform. Technologies: Vanilla JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, Python, React.js. At Akveo, we use Retool and UI Bakery for our low-code projects. This position is open for specialists of different seniority levels. We are ready to work and grow together. Who this position is for: Front-end developers who want to update their skills. Full-stack developers interested in complex backend workflows and automations. Junior developers or specialists from related fields (marketing analysis, business development, statistics, mathematics) who want to grow in IT. Why this role is a growth opportunity: You will design and implement complete solutions, not only separate features. You will communicate directly with clients and develop project management skills. You will learn to work independently — a key step toward senior or lead roles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and analyze client requirements
  • Suggest technical solutions and prepare estimations
  • Manage projects independently
  • Deliver solutions to clients

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant development experience
  • 3+ years in related fields (marketing analysis, mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, etc.)
  • Good communication skills
  • English level sufficient to read this text without a translator
What we offer:
  • Quick hiring process
  • 20 working days of vacation
  • 5 sick days
  • Flexible schedule and remote work
  • Loyal clients and professional freedom
  • Compensation for training and certifications
  • Performance review every 6 months and regular 1:1 meetings
