Job Description:

The Lounge Waiter/Waitress position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, adhering to quality standards, and delivering excellent service in a hospitality setting. Applicants must be physically capable of performing various tasks and are expected to support safety, team collaboration, and company values.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties
store reusable goods
clean equipment and areas
return equipment to proper locations
lock refrigerators, restock items, and turn off lights
maintain cleanliness of work areas
inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
follow company safety and security policies
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
ensure professional appearance
welcome and acknowledge guests
develop and maintain positive relationships with team
read and verify information
comply with supervisor requests.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
maintain confidentiality
adhere to quality expectations and standards
physically capable of moving items up to 50 pounds
fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move over uneven surfaces, up and down stairs, and service ramps.
