Job Description:

Manage staff operations at the JW Lounge; Ensure daily routines and guest satisfaction; Handle team hiring, training, and development; Maintain service quality, safety, and organization; Join a luxury portfolio at a prestigious international brand

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties
Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness
Complete scheduled inventories and requisitions
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and safety
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Assist in hiring, training, and coaching employees
Ensure adherence to company policies
Welcome and assist guests
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Suggest improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
