Friendly, confident and professional, you’ll be the face of our bespoke operation, making sure that delicious food and relaxation are available to every visitor.
Job Responsibility:
Uphold high standards to ensure customers get a great experience
Be smart, cheerful and approachable
Keep counters and displays in tip-top condition
Clear tables promptly
Ensure BA specifications and guests’ expectations are met on every shift
Ensure customers are given a prompt and efficient service
Assist in the preparation of food and snacks
Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times
Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
Requirements:
Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service
You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Works according to the BaxterStorey core values

Verifiable evidence of past 5 years of work/education history (for airside pass)
