As Lounge Experience Manager, you will lead with presence and purpose, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the Four Seasons commitment to personalized, intuitive service. You will inspire and develop your team to deliver experiences that feel elevated, effortless, and memorable. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about crafting evenings defined by elegance, energy, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring service standards are consistently exceptional
  • Champion the Four Seasons culture of care, professionalism, and collaboration
  • Drive financial performance by managing revenue, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
  • Oversee the beverage programme (requiring extensive bar knowledge), ensuring quality, innovation, and strong commercial results
  • Partner with People & Culture to recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team
  • Continuously enhance the guest experience, ensuring the lounge remains a vibrant and desirable destination

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Post-secondary education specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3-5 years’ previous management experience in a luxury hospitality environment with Forbes Five-Star experience
  • Ability to promote best practices and set high standards of Food & Beverage excellence
  • Must be familiar with global food and beverage trends and cuisines
  • Passion for learning and teaching
  • Professionally respected within the field of F&B
  • Computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have

Spanish or another second language would be considered an asset
