Job Responsibility

Travel within assigned territory nearly 100% of time worked
Grows sales at existing lottery retailers by selling new products/promotions
Monitors and oversees new retailer training and installation of new stores
Visits retailers on a regular schedule to ensure a consistent and professional presence at every lottery retailer
Maintains a route cycle within the Sales Wizard application
Consistent and accurate recording of all retailer visits within the Sales Wizard application
Manages instant ticket inventory to maximize sales in specific retail locations. Makes recommendations or takes action that will result in optimizing lottery product sales
Tracks and maintains adequate inventory levels of the instant ticket product at assigned retailer. Picks up old inventory and transfer packs as necessary
Removes closing games as directed by the lottery within required time frame
Delivers, installs and maintains all lottery point-of sale materials

Job Responsibility

Responsible for performing all assigned duties related to the completion of a daily call file
Create positive relations, promote strong customer service, and to provide information necessary to allow retailers to properly manage their on-hand inventory of Instant Lottery Tickets
Manages call file
Contacts Lottery retailers bi-weekly to promote new products, place orders, and provide premium customer service
Maintains daily computerized customer records of all phone contacts and brief description of daily business transactions
Is prepared at all times to answer inbound calls in addition to managing outbound call file
Assists Lottery field sales staff as a direct liaison to their retailers and provide feedback where necessary
Develop a full understanding of the current mix of available instant ticket games available
Reviews and processes incoming ticket orders received from both lottery sales representatives and retailers
Monitors and tracks sales levels in order to better service assigned retailers
