Must be able to drive a 20ft box truck on occasion, CDL license NOT required
Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds for a significant distance
Must be able to transport with the assistance of a colleague and lifting equipment, up to 800lbs
Must be able to sit and drive for prolonged periods of time, demonstrate dexterity when working with tools and work with moving parts and electrical current
May work at heights (rooftop) for installation of equipment, work in close quarters, and/or be exposed to inclement weather during some installations
Must reside in proximity to the area of coverage

Job Responsibility

Service equipment at retailer locations
Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and supplies
Attend driver training and follow Brightstar's vehicle policy
Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to restore it to working order in the field
Communicate effectively and efficiently with Dispatchers
Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts, such as paper, ribbons, and bet slips, and track inventory
Deliver basic training to new retailers or refresher/remedial training to retailers
Complete primary forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, recommendations for procedure improvements
