We’re looking for a Field Services Technician I to support our lottery operations by servicing equipment at retail partner locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a mission-driven organization that brings excitement and opportunity to communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Travel within your assigned zone to install, maintain, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices
  • Deliver supplies and marketing materials to retail locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in the field, including cleaning, swapping, or minor adjustments
  • Provide basic training to new or existing retailers on equipment use
  • Communicate clearly with dispatchers and document service activities accurately
  • Maintain organized inventory of tools, parts, and consumables
  • Follow Brightstar’s vehicle policy and attend driver safety training

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics, field service, or a related industry
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, drive for extended periods, and work in various environments

Nice to have:

  • Technical or IT-related education or training
  • Familiarity with electronics and data communications
  • Comfort working at heights, in tight spaces, or in varying weather conditions
  • Strong manual dexterity and safety awareness when working with tools and electrical components
