Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Coordinator to join our team at the auto auction. As Lot Coordinator , you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the vehicle lot, checking-in vehicles to various dealerships and lease companies, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Being able to operate a wrecker, rollback and forklift is required.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot
  • Move vehicles to designated areas within the lot
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling vehicles and checking tire pressure
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
  • Operate manual transmission vehicles when required
  • Using I-Pad / Tablet to stock in and picture vehicles
  • Working outside in ALL weather conditions

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently
