Job Description:

The Loss Prevention Supervisor at TA AKTANA, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Labuan Bajo, is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees. Responsibilities include patrols, safety checks, emergency response drills, monitoring systems, and defusing disturbances. The position also involves training, coaching, and motivating employees while maintaining company standards and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Physical tasks and a focus on quality standards are required.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
Secure rooms
Assist guests with room access
Conduct emergency response drills
Perform physical hazard/safety inspections
Perform investigations, interviews, and key control audits
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
Respond to accidents
Contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR
Gather information and complete reports
Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents
Defuse disturbances
Resolve safety hazard situations
Escort unwelcome persons from the property
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
Call for assistance using proper code responses
Provide paperwork to employees
Train, motivate, and coach employees
Serve as a role model
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Protect company assets
Welcome and address guests’ service needs
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Listen and respond appropriately to concerns
Read and verify information
Enter and locate work-related information using computers
Perform physical tasks required for the role
Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Nice to have:

Experience with additional licensing/registration requirements in some states
Knowledge of quality standards
Ability to visually inspect tools and equipment.
