Job Description:

Loss Prevention Supervisor position at Courtyard Danang Han River, responsible for property security, emergency response, safety inspections, and team supervision in a hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
Secure rooms
Assist guests with room access
Conduct emergency response drills
Conduct daily physical hazard/safety inspections
Conduct investigations and interviews
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas
Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR as required
Gather information and complete reports
Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents
Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies
Resolve safety hazard situations
Handle all interruptions and complaints
Escort unwelcome persons from the property
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
Provide proper paperwork to employees
Assist management in training, motivating and coaching employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to patrol all areas of the property
Ability to conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit
Ability to monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
Ability to administer first aid/CPR as required
Ability to complete reports and maintain confidentiality
Ability to defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ability to resolve safety hazard situations
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Physical ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Physical ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
