Job Description:

Loss Prevention Officer position at The Ritz-Carlton Club Vail, responsible for property security, guest safety, emergency response, and maintaining The Ritz-Carlton luxury service standards.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure delivery of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
Create exceptional guest experiences
Maintain safety and security of property
Protect company assets
Support team to reach common goals
Comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements:

Patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access
monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system
conduct daily physical hazard inspections
respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required
assist guests/employees during emergency situations
notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents
defuse guest/employee disturbances
complete incident reports
handle interruptions and complaints
resolve safety hazard situations
escort unwelcome persons from property
report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts
maintain confidentiality of Security/Loss Prevention documents
conduct investigations and gather evidence
conduct interviews
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
Grasp, turn, manipulate objects
Move through narrow spaces
Reach overhead and below knees
