Loss Prevention Officer position at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka'anapali, responsible for property security, guest safety, emergency response, and maintaining a secure environment while supporting the brand's wellness mission.

Job Responsibility

Patrol property areas
monitor security systems
assist guests during emergencies
conduct investigations
complete daily activity reports
ensure safety compliance
maintain professional appearance and confidentiality

Requirements

Patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access

conduct daily physical hazard inspections
respond to accidents and emergencies
administer first aid/CPR as required
handle guest/employee disturbances

resolve safety hazard situations
maintain confidentiality
