Job Description:

The Loss Prevention Officer at Hiliwatu Bali Ubud, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, is responsible for security and safety duties, monitoring systems, assisting guests and employees during emergencies, writing reports, and responding to disturbances, while adhering to company policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Patrol all areas of the property
  • assist guests with room access
  • monitor CCTV, alarms, and safety systems
  • conduct physical hazard inspections
  • administer first aid/CPR during emergencies
  • complete incident reports
  • handle interruptions and complaints
  • resolve safety hazards
  • escort unwelcome individuals
  • investigate and gather evidence
  • comply with company policies and procedures
  • anticipate and address guests’ needs
  • maintain confidentiality
  • develop positive working relationships with others
  • operate computers and systems
  • lift and move objects as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • no related work experience
  • no supervisory experience
  • ability to patrol all areas of the property
  • monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and safety systems
  • respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR
  • handle guest/employee disturbances
  • write detailed incident reports
  • maintain confidentiality
  • follow company policies and standards
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • ability to navigate narrow and uneven spaces
  • proficiency in clear and professional communication
  • ability to use computers and point-of-sale systems
  • willingness to perform other duties as requested.
