Job Description:

The Loss Prevention Guard at The Taikang Sanya a Tribute Portfolio Resort plays a critical role in ensuring safety and security across the property. Responsibilities include patrolling, assisting guests, monitoring safety systems, responding to emergencies, and documenting security incidents. The position requires vigilance, adherence to company policies, physical endurance, and a customer-focused attitude.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access
monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system
conduct daily physical hazard inspections
respond to accidents
administer first aid/CPR as required
assist guests/employees during emergency situations
complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents
handle all interruptions and complaints
escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation
conduct investigations and gather evidence
prepare and review written documents accurately and completely

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
anticipate and address guests’ service needs
resolve safety hazard situations
speak with others using clear and professional language
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of varying weights
stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
