Job Description:

As a Loss Prevention Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property at The Westin Hyderabad Hitec City. Duties include patrolling, monitoring surveillance systems, conducting hazard inspections, responding to emergencies, and assisting guests with any disturbances or interruptions. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a passion for maintaining a professional and safe environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • complete incident reports
  • maintain confidentiality of security/property documents
  • conduct investigations and interviews

Requirements:

  • Patrol all areas of the property
  • assist guests with room access
  • monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system
  • lock property entrances
  • conduct daily physical hazard inspections
  • respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR
  • assist guests/employees during emergency situations
  • notify individuals in cases of accidents, attacks, or other incidents
  • defuse guest/employee disturbances
  • handle interruptions and complaints
  • complete incident reports
  • conduct investigations and gather evidence
  • inspect tools, equipment, or machines
  • move and manipulate objects of varying weight
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • ensure a clean and professional uniform/personal appearance
  • report unsafe work conditions
  • comply with quality assurance standards.

Nice to have:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • no supervisory experience required.
