We’re searching for a Loss Prevention / Duty Manager who can protect the pulse of the hotel and elevate daily operations with confidence, style, and seamless coordination. This isn’t a back‑of‑house role — it’s a front‑and‑center leadership position that blends operational mastery with a sharp eye for safety, a cool head under pressure, and a passion for delivering whatever guests need, whenever they need it. You’ll be the one who keeps everything moving — from guest arrivals to last‑minute challenges, from security protocols to empowering Talent across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and more.
Job Responsibility:
Be the go‑to leader who ensures the hotel runs smoothly across all departments
Jump into operations wherever needed — clearing bottlenecks, reshaping flow, and supporting Talent with hands‑on guidance
Be present on the floors: lobby, F&B, corridors, Whatever/Whenever, guest floors — you run the show
Resolve guest challenges with speed, empathy, and the signature W attitude
Coordinate with FO, HSK, and F&B leaders to keep the vibe high and the service tight
Stand in as the key decision-maker during your shift, keeping the experience on point at all times
Patrol the hotel to keep guests, Talent, and spaces safe, stylish, and fully functional
Lead investigations, manage incidents, and complete flawless documentation
Maintain compliance with W brand standards and local regulations (incl. Italian Law D.Lgs 81/08)
Train Talent on safety culture and emergency readiness
Build connections with local authorities and external partners
Keep equipment, systems, and safety tools ready for anything
Inspire confidence: Talent looks to you for stability, clarity, and direction
Motivate with attitude: authentic, present, and in control — never stiff
Spot what others miss and act before others react
Celebrate wins and keep the team connected
Support performance evaluations, coaching, and Talent development

Requirements:
A solid hospitality experience in hotel or cruise ships operations, with 5+ years in senior role
Understanding of Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08)
Bold leadership and emotional intelligence
Ability to stay cool, stylish, and sharp under pressure
Clear communication and polished interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy enough to manage reports and systems with ease
