Job Description:

Loss Prevention Attendant position at Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, responsible for conducting investigations, handling guest complaints, ensuring safety and security, and maintaining positive guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct investigations related to theft/fraud or lost items
Handle noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints
Assist with notifying manager/supervisor, local police for incidents
Complete incident reports for Security/Loss Prevention incidents
Handle business interruptions and complaints
Escort unwelcome persons from property
Defuse guest or employee disturbances
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to conduct investigations and gather evidence
Ability to conduct interviews with relevant parties
Ability to handle business interruptions and complaints
Ability to escort unwelcome persons from property
Ability to defuse guest or employee disturbances
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
