Job Description:

Loss Prevention Associate position at Udaipur Marriott Hotel responsible for conducting security investigations, handling guest complaints, maintaining property safety, and ensuring adherence to company security policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft/fraud or lost items
Handle noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest complaints
Conduct interviews with relevant parties to obtain statements and information
Notify manager/supervisor, local police, or other appropriate individuals in case of accidents or incidents
Complete incident reports for Security/Loss Prevention related incidents
Handle business interruptions and complaints
Escort unwelcome persons from the property
Defuse guest or employee disturbances/altercations
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to conduct investigations and gather evidence
Ability to handle interviews and obtain statements
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
