As a key member of the North American Operational Excellence Team, you will drive strategic initiatives to empower store operations across the U.S. and Canada. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness of operational processes, focusing on reducing shrink, optimizing cash management, and elevating store performance. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to ensure the implementation of industry-leading best practices and operational efficiencies.

Job Responsibility:
