Job Responsibility

  • Adaptability to meet student's diverse needs
  • Effective collaboration with teaching assistants
  • Quick thinking and adept management in unexpected situations
  • Marking and providing clear and timely feedback on student's work
  • Creating a positive and conducive learning environment through effective classroom management

Requirements

  • Valid DBS with no prohibitive reprimands for working with children (assistance available)
  • Relevant qualifications including a degree and teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) welcomed
  • Essential experience in teaching within a primary setting
  • Strong commitment and a positive attitude towards the role and its objectives
