Job Description:

Long-Term Supply Teacher – Primary School – Are you a qualified teacher looking for long term supply work in 1 primary school? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a network of well-regarded schools across the Borough of Hammersmith. We are currently working on a Year 2 MAT Cover position starting in September 2025, for the full academic year.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum in Year 3
Managing classrooms effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment
Adapting teaching to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities
Collaborating with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning during absences
Supporting school initiatives to improve student outcomes

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
Experience teaching in primary settings preferred
Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different school environments
Confident classroom manager with strong communication skills
Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
