Long-Term Secondary School Cover Supervisor. Location: Crawley and surrounding areas. Position Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Placement. Salary/Daily Rate: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience). Start Date: ASAP. We are seeking enthusiastic, assertive, and reliable individuals to join our team as a Long-Term Cover Supervisor in the Crawley area. This role offers stability and the opportunity to truly embed yourself within a school community. It is perfect for those considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or experienced professionals who enjoy working with young people and maintaining a purposeful learning environment. The Role: Class Management & Support. As a Secondary Cover Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to supervise lessons and manage student behaviour when a regular teacher is absent. You will not be required to plan lessons or mark work. Key tasks include: Classroom Supervision, Behaviour Management, Supporting Learning, Administrative Duties, promoting School Ethos.
