Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking dedicated and flexible Primary Teachers for long-term roles within our partner schools across Uckfield. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting pupils' academic and personal development.

Job Responsibility:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils in your class
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their full potential
Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leaders to create a positive and cohesive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility
Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and well-being

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching at the primary level is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
