Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to take on a long-term supply role in KS1 at a fantastic school in Crawley. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting young learners and delivering high-quality lessons in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver High-Quality Teaching: Follow pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity for students in KS1
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and well-organised classroom, managing behaviour and encouraging student engagement
  • Engagement: Foster an inspiring learning environment and support students in their academic and personal development
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to the needs of students, adjusting teaching strategies as required
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to provide a cohesive educational experience
  • Professionalism: Arrive on time, follow school policies, and maintain professionalism throughout the assignment

Requirements:

  • QTS/PGCE qualified Teacher with experience in KS1
  • Strong classroom management and the ability to deliver pre-planned lessons
  • Ability to inspire and engage young learners in KS1
  • Driver preferred for ease of access to local schools
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
