  • Embed an understanding of quality, its benefits and requirements across the framework in respect to company and client expectations
  • Lead regional quality investigations, root cause analysis and reporting opportunities for quality issues to implement effective resolution, learnings and preventative actions (with support from the Head of SHEQ and National Quality Manager)
