We’re looking for a proven MPS Sales Leader who can step into a complex, high-impact role - protecting our core revenue while building the next generation of growth. You will lead UK Corporate National Accounts and London New Business teams, with a clear mandate to build, reset and scale the London sales team, driving performance, and create a culture that delivers consistent, profitable results.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and grow a significant UK corporate revenue base
Build and lead a high-performing London sales team
Drive growth through consultative and value-led selling
Own revenue, margin, forecasting, pipeline discipline and major negotiations
Lead confidently through change, momentum and transformation
Requirements:
A strong B2B sales leadership background within Managed Print Services (MPS)
A proven track record of turning around, building and scaling sales teams
Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth
Commercial ownership with credibility at C-suite and board level
A strategic yet hands-on leadership style — you set direction and make it happen!
