Job Responsibility:

  • You will report directly to the Market Manager, collaborating closely to deliver operational excellence and high-performing logistics operations across two units in Klagenfurt and Graz that enable seamless customer experiences and profitable growth
  • You lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team, working closely with commercial teams to build a culture of performance, competence development, and inclusion
  • Together with your team, you secure excellent logistics operations focused on retail foundation, service execution, quality improvements, and cost optimization
  • You drive customer and co-worker satisfaction at the lowest possible cost across all channels, actively working with customer satisfaction scores and feedback
  • By implementing new operational processes and technologies, you create a safe and secure working environment while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
  • You take accountability for driving the customer logistics part of the unit's commercial and growth agenda
  • With your business understanding, you translate business plans into tactical and operational performance, balancing efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

  • You have a university degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience with proven performance in logistics, commercial, or supply chain management
  • Your background includes 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or similar environments
  • You inspire and engage others with proven strategic leadership skills in changing environments
  • Strong analytical abilities help you understand budgets, costs, and key performance measurements to plan and steer business operations
  • You communicate confidently and clearly, with experience working through others, setting priorities, and giving honest feedback
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal, enable you to collaborate effectively across the organization
