Job Responsibility

  • Proactively track and trace inbound and outbound truck shipments
  • Identify delays, routing errors, or missed milestones in real-time. Immediately problem-solve with carriers to implement recovery plans
  • Provide accurate, timely updates regarding transit status and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to internal sales teams and external customers
  • Examine and verify shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading (BOL), manifests, custom documentation) for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain precise data logs of shipment milestones, transit delays, and carrier performance metrics
  • Assist in evaluating carrier performance (on-time delivery rates) and flag recurring transit issues to the Logistics Manager

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of direct experience in transport coordination, freight forwarding, dispatch, or track-and-trace logistics
  • High level of urgency, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask calmly under tight deadlines
  • a DEC or AEC in Transportation Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a strong asset
  • Willingness to grow and learn!
