Job Description:

You will be supporting the BUs to execute the Logistics Strategy by improving customer experience, enabling profitable business growth and sustainability. You will also focus on deployment and scale up automation and new innovative technologies in Logistics. Enable the implementation of Logistics automation and digital transformation roadmap.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the BUs with the adoption and deployment of automation and new technologies focusing on: Storage, Handling & Picking Automation/assisted-Reality Picking
  • yard management
  • Real Time Logistics Digital Twin & AI Predictive Analytics
  • Real Time Visibility & Integrated Logistics Control Tower capabilities
  • Outdoors AEVs and Drones
  • Collaborate with local operations, Group Engineering, Group DTPS and Procurement as an active project team member to secure key projects execution in line with scope, budget and agreed timelines
  • Help the BUs create business cases for key projects in line with Group standards
  • Secure compliance with Group Logistics automation and digital transformation strategy
  • During ABP process facilitates the automation and new technologies deployment plan alignment with BUs and Group DTPS
  • Develop and maintain collaboration with the OEMs for key strategic technologies
  • Perform regular performance follow-ups for key strategic installations

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years working experience in operational logistics deploying automation or software technology solutions
  • Strong project management skills with a successful track record of implementing innovative technologies
  • Familiarity with Logistics digital transformation trends and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation or other relevant fields
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across diverse teams
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align projects with broader business objectives

Nice to have:

Master's degree or certifications are a plus
