Job Responsibility

  • Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity
  • Analyzes causes of service implementation policy faults or degradation and recommends improvement plans
  • Implements service implementation policy plan improvements as directed for Data Center business unit(s)
  • Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information within various inventory management systems
  • Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging
  • Help reconcile and report inventory discrepancies
  • Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Microsoft policies
  • Comply with security and data management policies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Asset/Inventory/Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Currently studying towards a qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
  • You need to be a Danish National or residency with eligibility to work in Denmark
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel to all Microsoft Data Center locations across Denmark, including Høje Taastrup, Køge, and Roskilde
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
  • Valid Driver's License
