Complete understanding of product quality critical characteristics and standards

Fully trained and be able to operate FLT’s and Attachments to the required standards
Manage the loading schedule in preparation for Logistics operations
Supporting the department Manager by supervising, training, developing and managing the team
Support and promote effective communication within the team: one to one feedback, production reports, deliver team briefings, daily logistics reports and attendance at the control room, and shift hand over briefings
Responsible for monitoring personal performance and following a program of personal development
Ensuring performance is achieved and maintained through the training & development of team members
Requirements
Accredited lift truck training (FLT Licence)
A professional qualification within the health & safety field (IOSH managing safely or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a factory/ Warehouse environment
Able to follow instruction and Loading schedules
Flexible and willing to be trained in multiple areas whatever department and area this may be
Basic understanding of touch screen technology
Experience of working with various IT programs i.e. MS Word, Excel
A good working knowledge of SAP
Be a good team player with a Can do attitude
Management experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to act quickly when problems arise
Nice to have
A professional qualification within the supervisory or management field (ILM Level3 or equivalent)
