Job Description

The Supply Specialist will support the Compass Call program procurement and management of Government furnished equipment. The candidate will also support Flight line and Back shop operations at multiple locations, during training and test.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide support for Government audits/inventories
  • Coordinate with Government personnel on all CC shipping and receiving requirements
  • Maintains local and offsite program inventories, to include Component Repair Services Bench Stock
  • Initiate, order and track supply requisitions and materials
  • Conduct inventory and inspections of equipment for condition, serviceability, and accountability
  • Support 1st, 2nd or 3rd or weekend shifts
  • Support deployment events ranging from one to twelve consecutive weeks at a time

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of related work experience
  • Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill sets
  • Active Secret clearance

Nice to have

  • 5 or more years of experience in Compass Call supply system
  • Experience with Big Safari Inventory System
  • Working Knowledge of TCMax Asset Management Suite
  • Hazardous Material shipping experience
