Job Responsibility:
Coordinate inbound and outbound operations for Chevrolet vehicles from General Motors Peru (SUP)
Administer and monitor logistics contracts with multiple suppliers, ensuring timely completion of reception processes, yard management, inventory management, and vehicle delivery to dealers nationwide
Lead planning of port vehicle evacuation and international land transportation through pre‑operations with different operators
Manage and maintain effective relationships with logistics suppliers and service providers, ensuring performance, service quality, and compliance
Coordinate with multiple GM areas to support business needs and meet corporate objectives
Analyze business cases related to logistics optimization and assess operational impacts due to external factors (budget control)
Generate regional reports (FGI, Revenue Recognition, among others)
Participate in regional continuous improvement projects
Maintain constant communication and coordination with GM Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia dealer networks
Manage inventory processes using SAP
Monitor and control key indicators (Damage Free, Aging, Reliability, IPTV, Damage Recovery)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (graduated) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
3+ years of experience in similar roles (logistics, supplier management, purchasing)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate English level
Availability to work in Lima, Peru in a hybrid model
Availability for weekly visits to logistics suppliers and dealers
