Logistics Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate stock management, raising and resolving discrepancies promptly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment in line with health and safety requirements
• Lead, train, and support the logistics team to achieve high levels of performance and engagement
• Monitor and enforce security procedures for the bonded warehouse and airport operations
• Ensure compliance with HMRC and customs regulations, completing all required documentation accurately
• Liaise with store teams to manage delivery schedules and stock transfers
• Support shift reporting, audits, and operational updates as required
• Address and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

• Previous supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (retail or airport experience desirable)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety, stock control, and security procedures
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• IT literacy, including use of warehouse or stock systems
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
